Hosting and security
The hosting provider may process ordinary request and security logs, including IP address, browser information and request times, to deliver and protect the site. A website visit is not entirely anonymous to its host. Images and styles are served with this site; no external font service is required.
The document assistant
The guided buttons run in your browser. When live AI is configured and you send a question, your message and recent conversation are sent through our server to a Google Gemini model, either through Lovable AI or directly through Google, to generate an answer from selected scheme excerpts. Do not submit identity documents, precise farm locations or other sensitive information. Conversation history stays in this page memory and can be cleared with Start a new conversation. The application does not store chat transcripts; hosting and AI providers may process logs and data under their applicable terms. We do not claim that all provider retention is disabled.

Your email provider sends your message only when you choose to send it. We use the contact details and information you provide to respond and manage your enquiry. Our hosting and email providers may process information for these purposes. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information while needed to respond, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern. We may need to verify a request and retain information where required by law.
